The first thing we see are the beautiful stars in the sky. Then, all of a sudden, the camera zooms all the way down back to earth and and we see Billy standing outside in the cold dark, black night. He's just standing there looking up at the stars. Then he starts to sing. As soon as he says 'What sunshine do you bring?", Billy looks up and sees the sun just racing across the black sky. His face looks like he has no idea what has just happened, like he's going nuts and thinks he's seeing things. He closes his eyes for a minute and then opens them back up. When he says "who belongs?, who decides who's crazy?, he starts to see even more things. We see babies floating around in the sky, the stars turning different colors. The babies suddenly fall from the sky. There are like hudreds of them falling everywhere. When they all hit the ground, all of them disappear, except for one, which falls into Billy's arms. As he's singing the chorus, he's looking at the little child he has in his arms and cries. Then the baby disappears into thin air. As he's singing the next verse, he starts floating up to the sky. He has the same reaction on his face. Doesn't have a clue what's going on. Then he lands on the moon and there's a beautiful woman standing there. The woman is wearing a see through white dress. Billy walks up to the beautiful woman and starts singing the chorus to her. Then they take each others hand and float away with each other, hand in hand, even further away into the night. We see them floating with each other for as long as he's singing the "I'm in love with you" part. Then then woman disappears, Billy falls from the sky and lands back on the ground. He's standing there again, just like in the beginning of the video. Then as the video and song come to and end, the sun comes out, Billy looks up at it and smiles.
