As the drums play, a photograph is being revealed. It shows two 7 year old twin brothers with their parents. All are dressed as if they were going to a dance. The mother is standing to the left of the father and one of the boys is standing in the middle of the two.; they are smiling and the boy is holding a trophy. In the background is a banner saying "Spelling Bee Winner". To the mothers left you see the other boy, frowning and very sad looking; a pin is attached to his shirt saying "participant". The guitars enter and the camera then quickly zooms in on his face to reveal his sadness. Then as the guitars are playing, scenes of the two boys life are quickly shown. The first scene is when they are about 18 years old. One of the boys is walking off a basketball court; as he walks off the court the crowd cheers and his brother gets off the bench and hands him water he has that same sad look. Then another scene is of the one sad looking brother in high school with a black leather jacket on kind of grungy looking, walking in the hallway because it's the end of the day; he is about 17. He see's his brother dressed kind of prepy looking and is surrounded by friends. The sad looking brother waves to him but the other brother shakes his head in kind of a saying "no" way and acts as i fhe doesn't even know him. The boy then gives a look saying like "that figures"and goes to meet his girlfriend by her locker; she is equally dressed as he is. The lover lover let's pretend - with apple eyes part plays and during that part; they smile and then kiss. To wish wish dangerous - the rest of us behind part plays and during that you see them walk out of the school with the same style of clothes on one way and the other brother dressed in a graduation suit as well walks with his friends another way. Shot full of diamonds - like they were never here plays and the brother with his girlfriend are driving toward his house; he looks happy with her. Kiss kiss all of this -and understand what can't be understood plays. During that you see them onthe couch kissing with the tv in front of them turned on. The older brother is on the tv and is shaking hands with the principal because he is class valedictorian; the parents again are standing next to each other smiling with the brother in the middle. Sear those of me - I never like me anyway plays and then the scene changes and you see the sad looking brother sitting on his bed sweating and in his room holding a gun to his head. His parents are banging on the door shouting. On his lap is a letter from his girlfriend that is written in bold letters saying "I'm pregnant! What are we gonna do?" If by chance all the way to like they were never here plays and during that you see him fling the door open and run past his parents. In a dream - at the wrist plays during that; he sees his brother standing in the living room looking at him again kind of shaking his head "no." The other brother stops and looks directly into his eyes in which a close up is shown and then he runs out the door. And then I knew we'd been forsaken - to my disease of my needs. During those parts he drives to meet his girlfriend at a park. As they meetthey hug and cry and shake their head "yes" as the brother pulls out the gun. At this point she really loves to break - and give it all away is playing. During this they are just holding each other both shaking. Her ma says she's afraid enters and they see lights pulling up. As soon as the line and give herself away comes to a close, you see everything blank like a flash of whitelight. And then the scene is at a funeral with priest reading. As she gave it all away - we really love the USA plays. During the opening line you see the family standing in the same way with the girl's family both have an unexpressional look. But as soon as we really love the USA closes, the camera focuses in on the other brother's face; he is frowning and very sad looking. The song ends.
