March 28, 2003 - Towson State University - Baltimore, MD, US Concert review by Amanda BILLY WAS AWESOME!!! best show ive ever been to. billy is a master at guitar and song writing. i loved how he was smiling between songs and closed his eyes at times...looked like he was a bit embarassed by all the screaming fans--not at all what you would expect from a rock star whos played thousands of shows. what did strike me as weird was the age group...lots of high schoolers. overall, SHOW ROCKED!!! loved it.
