August 11, 1998 - Sports Palace - Mexico City, MX, US Concert review by Miguel Alvarado I went to that concert. I was 15 years old at that time and it was awesome. Sold out concert. I remember everyone singing "1979" with their lighter's on. It looked like a sky full of stars. at the end of the concert, billy took to the stage three girls from the crowd and give them the instruments (bass and both guitars). Billy promised to come back to Mexico, but sadly, it took him 10 years to fufil that promise.
