Concert review by Robyn

its too bad that only half of what we saw ended up on tv. that was the funniest interview ever. the band avoided the questions, discreetly mocked host george strombolopolous (sp?) and had a lot of fun.

matt sweeney made everyone laugh by dancing in the most ridiculous way through the entire interview, then picking at something in paz's hair. all the band members were interacting with the audience during commercials.

when they were trying to tape the intro, several members of the band managed to screw it up, calling for tons of retakes.

first the instruments were completely out of tune because of the cold (they opened the large front window), which irritated the band and made them less than cooperative. but billy took control over the situation, telling everyone that it would warm up and they'd be fine. they didnt need to retune.

then paz started playing before she was supposed to and was given a little lecture about how this intro was supposed to work. and billy, in fine form, decided to start playing before he was supposed to, making fun of the much music staff.
and although they only played "honestly" and "settle down", they played really well, and we got a chance to see what to expect off of 'mary star of the sea'.

billy stayed and signed autographs for about a half hour after it finished, while the rest of the band said bye, and left.

but even billy had to leave, citing that he had tickets to see the two towers.
